As an internal transfer, there was a telephone interview as well as a 1:1 interview with the Team Lead. I spoke over the phone with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team who reviewed my relevant work history working with the designated population. I also spoke in person with the Team Lead who shared the vision for the program. I shared my work experience as well as what I have to offer in terms of substance use, management, and program development experience.
