Entrevista
I first had a screening interview over the phone with the recruiter who was friendly, informative and helpful. The recruiter then set up a second phone interview with the hiring leader; that phone interview was thorough and helped provide a bigger picture of the role and expectations. I was then extended an invitation to come on-site to have a full day of panel interviews. The panel interviews were with a variety of leaders and sealed the deal for me. The groups were incredibly nice, had excellent questions and was were able to have great conversations about the position.

Phone screening, first interview went smoothly. After that, the process slowed down considerably. That said, the first interview was shortly before Thanksgiving and I’m sure the holiday season was a factor.

Everyone was very cordial and helpful. I really appreciated that someone from HR met me before the interview to answer any questions that I had and to walk me to the actual interview.

HR interview and then several panel interviews over 2 days. The panel interviews were organized and thoroughly communicated via email and phone calls. The interviewees were prepared and inviting. Each was followed by a discussion with my new boss.
