The over process flow was from the application stage, online assessment test, video interview, and finally a half-day assessment centre which is held at the SSE UK office. It was a half-day assessment centre, which includes a case study analysis, two round interview and a presentation. The case study was to discuss on allotting the next years budget of a company effectively which aims to attain customer satisfaction and bringing in new customers, the interview was about competency-based and also few questions based on the company. Finally, the presentation was on the topic, what will be the future of the energy sector in the next 5 to 10 years.
