I had connected with Chad Kosser and the team at SSATI almost a year prior. I was instantly sold on their culture after talking with Chad and management. This is a company who practices what they preach in terms of treating you like family and I knew instantly that was a culture that I wanted to be a part of. (If you end up talking with them ask them about how their CEO sends individual birthday cards to your children and their company events) After discussing my goals with Chad, he arranged an interview for a position that was an amazing opportunity. During the entire process Chad was in constant communication and was always available to answer questions that might arise including benefit questions. Long story short, I had some family obligations that prevented me from taking the position and even though I didn't come onboard Chad was still supportive the entire time. You cant say that about many companies anymore. I'm hoping that in the very near future I can join the SSATI family and continue supporting their mission in support of our country.
