The interview itself was well structured and quite relaxed with friendly interviewers. This was followed by 2 tests; error spotting and letter writing. I was informed I'd hear back in around 2 days but 7 days later, after chasing, I was informed I wasn't successful. The feedback was blunt and highlighted how 1 weakness cost me the role, despite everything else going well. It's a weakness I'd be keen to develop but it appears that isn't something that's offered. The process had a very strong start but I was left disappointed in the latter stages. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this company based on the feedback and miscommunication over response times.
