4 total rounds of interviews. One with HR, one with the Director of Project Management, one with a department colleague, and a cross-department colleague, and a final one with the CEO and Chairman.
Expect very straightforward PM questions, an assessment assignment, and interpersonal questions.
Don't be afraid to be your true authentic self. Be professional of course, but they want you to be you. Talk about your hobbies, life outside of work, and what you love.
Definitely prepare for the PM scenarios and questions.
Research their clients and read their case studies.
The interview turnarounds are very quick. My 4 interviews were back to back within a week.
