The interview process is broken down into 3 different stages. First it's preliminary review with a member from the HR team, then with the hiring manager. After the interview with the hiring manager there's an interview with the other 2 managers on the team. The last interview is with the executive from the team. The interview questions progressively got harder. Initially it's to understand the background from your previous experience, behavioral questions, then scenario type of questions. I found it very helpful to provide examples with my responses. It's a great team that encourages career growth and ability to make an impact.
