Received an email a month later after sending in my application. It was from the team lead. This to me was not a good sign. I wasn't aware that SRP had no HR(sarcastic).
I was thinking this must be someone trying to get experience for their intern/employee.
Next, I received another email the same day of the interview to confirm that I was going to be there. This again seemed very weak.
At the video interview, it's exactly what I predicted. They gave someone interview experience that didn't seem they had the practice and the team lead was quiet, lazy and didn't seem like they wanted to be there.
The third person was a lead in support. Great person at the interview.
I found the interview unprofessional and sloppy by the team lead's communication and at the interview.
When the team lead did say a few words, it sounded like bragging instead of why I should work there.
In that short time, it felt like the team lead was incompetent.
Definitely not impressive at all by SRP.
