Applied via dice. Initial phone interview was with a senior manager, who was also very technical. Phone interview went for an hour with mostly explanations about what is going on at the client site. Afterwards was called for on-site interview. It was fine. Spoke to about 6 different people. Many just asked about projects. Some asked technical questions in Java. Overall it was not stressful. They got back to me within 2 weeks with offer.
