I applied online and received a call from HR a few weeks later. It was the usual HR screening interview where they ask about your previous experience. After that, I was asked to come in for an interview with the Manager and Senior Manage. It was about an hour, the interview included behavioral, previous and personality questions. It took months for them to get back to me though, which was very annoying.
