Started as a typical interview process. Three rounds with a mix of recruiter and managers. However, in what i assume was my final round, there was a notable change at the executive level. Found executives to be extremely unprofessional. Both were very unprepared, but also extremely rude. I got the feeling neither were particularly paying attention (one was eating lunch). They did however take the time to interrupt me regularly to tell me what the disliked about how i was answering the question, but also seemingly what they disliked about me? Really odd interview. Not surprised i didn't get the role, but they don't have to treat people taking the time to apply like that.
