The interview process involved many conversations and moved at a pretty fast pace. There were multiple touchpoints along the way, and while things progressed quickly, the overall experience felt energizing, dynamic, and very positive.

They asked thoughtful questions about my experience, focusing on how I approach my work, what I’ve learned along the way, and how my background could translate into the role. The conversations were engaging and felt genuinely curious rather than scripted, which added to the positive, fast-paced feel of the process.
First interview was with the CEO - at the end of the interview he invited me to meet him in person at their office. When I showed up to our scheduled meeting he seemed to forget who I was and that we had a meeting. There was no reception, and nobody expected me.
I did not receive communication afterwards.
