In simple terms, I would not recommend joining this company. I recently went through the interview process and advanced to the final round. Over the course of four rounds, I spoke with multiple people and was expecting an offer. However, the recruiter later informed me that the decision was made to hire someone internally. Throughout the process, the HR representative seemed disorganized and unclear. What was described as a cultural discussion in the final round turned into a technical interview instead. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. In all my professional experience, I've never encountered such an unprofessional interview process. They also seemed to lack respect for candidates' time. If possible, I would give them zero stars.
