I turned in my resume and was later contacted to come in for an interview. There were three people that interviewed me. Two from the Headquarters and the General Manager. They went over my resume and asked about my skills. They wanted to know about my building and repair skills and my management style. After the interview I was called at home to answer a few questions and than later called again with an offer. We came to an agreement and I accepted the position.
