I applied online. Got an email from the recruiter. Spoke over phone to the immediate supervisor. Discussed about my background. He was very interested. Next was technical phone screen with one of their developer. I cleared it. The recruiter immediately contacted me and discussed about the pay. They invited me for lunch to their office. Met the team. Discussed a lot about my experience and their work process. I was even given a demonstration of their product. They never replied back or followed up to the couple of emails sent by me. The entire process went so well but really what went wrong. I expected a feedback but never got one.
