Application The application process was smooth, and communication from HR was timely. Contrary to many negative interview reviews online, my experience during 2023/2024 was generally positive, especially with the HRBP, Janice, who was professional and transparent throughout the process. Interview The interview was informative and realistic. Janice clearly explained the company’s direction, role expectations, potential challenges, and learning curve, which gave a balanced and honest view of the opportunity without overselling it. However, during the later stages with the management team, I noticed some misalignment in leadership style and working dynamics. Although I continued with the process due to the positive HR experience, the concerns I initially felt eventually proved to be valid, and in hindsight, I should have declined the offer.
