Applied online, a week later got called for an interview then a few days later got offered the job. Fairly straightforward, interview was general questions then you had to sell something from their magazine. Once hired you have to continually do e learning.

Online interview with standard retail questions on customer service. Lasted about 15 mins and offer received after 4 days . Asked about experience with customers and on tills as well as some simple problem solving questions
The interview process was positive, involving behavioural questions, inquiries about customer advisor roles and skill assessment. It was very well -structured, comprehensive, and effectively covered relevant topics, ensuring a thorough evaluation.
