Very informal was little more than a chat, was offered the job on the spot. They were obviously very desperate for staff as I found out they have a lot of staff turnover. Interview held in very open space where others were working and such it felt very awkward. Also a couple of members of staff had warned me against accepting the position due to the treatment of staff by the manager

Filled in application form, went for interview, answered questions, filled in questionnaire, filled in paperwork, waited for callback , went in filled documents out, got uniform started work............ .......... .......... ........... ................
