Entrevista
First, a very lengthy interview with the recruiter who is giving you a heads up as to what to expect and what to study for the screener test, which comes 1st. If you have multiple languages, it'll become very tedious because they give you a chance to retake it. However, this is 1 department, which is already not communicating the results in a timely manner. Getting to the final exam is a whole other ballgame, and their manager is never available and does not respond to calls or emails. Due to lack of communication and not scheduling the exams, when requested, I dropped out of the whole process. If you have only 1 language, give it a shot, but with multiple languages and dialects, it is a no-go!

Very straight forward and on the point about the position. Pay and everything is laid out based on experience and it’s an opportunity I took because of what was offered

First phone interview is basically asking your experiences; she then proceeds to describe the type of work and the process; You are then given an assessment; if you pass, you move on. Next process is taking a course with a language agency; if you pass that assessment, you then move on to work. Your performance is reviewed; if you score high enough, you will keep working.
