Got an interview through an agency. The interview was conducted directly by the CEO. He seemed very cool and easy going. We talked for half an hour, and then he ended the interview with "When can you start", to which I replied with "Tomorrow". The interview happened on a Friday so he responded with "Monday it is. You'll get the contract by email tomorrow. Please sign it by Sunday eve".
