Firstly, we are very sorry that you were not attended to promptly as per your scheduled interview time, we have brought up your review to HR to investigate further. Just to clarify, SOLS 24/7 Foundation does not hire 'Sales Engineers' and this seems like it is for another enterprise, and not the NGO (of which this is the Glassdoor page for). Nevertheless, we still do apologize on their behalf. When we brought up the review to HR, they clarified that the term Sales Engineer only used in September 2020 (and not January 2020 as per your review), also there were no invites sent out from the enterprise HR for any Sales Partner interviews during this time. If you meant to say January 2021, during this time there was a hiring freeze and no interviews were set either.
