Informative, over the phone. The interviewer was polite and had a lot of great stories to share. He asked about my prior experiences and what sort of projects I had worked on. The entire process took place over a month with about a week from a first talked with the recruiter, then I got an offer about 2 weeks after my phone interview. Overall it was a fairly easy and enjoyable process.
