Chatty, probing but for the most part, nervous and undefined. Seemed as if desperation played a significant role. Was warned by colleagues to steer clear from this company but was nonetheless compelled via necessity.

They bring you in making you think it's the best company in the world! They will tell you everything you want to hear about a perfect company in the interview only to convince you and get you on board!
They ask questions about your past and what you currently do. They will test your skills by giving you scenarios and how you should answer them.
They will call your previous employers to confirm what you were doing there and the years you were employed. Talk about MICROMANAGEMENT already in the process before you even begin! They will do a crazy amount of research about you and what you do.
Soarin Group is a pretty awesome company doing so many awesome things for their clients and we will always be very proud of that. However, we are very realistic in our interviews with every candidate we speak with about the professional technical and communication skills that are necessary to excel in a role with Soarin Group. We are very upfront about the unique roles our technical staff have and that these roles are not for everybody!
