The application process was straightforward and well-organized. It started with an HR screening where my resume was reviewed. Next was an online Talegent assessment to evaluate skills and overall fit for the role. After that, I had an HR interview via MS Teams to discuss my background and experience. The final step was a panel interview conducted on MS Teams with the hiring managers for further evaluation.
