The first interview was over the phone which consisted of a monotone robot asking me 10-15 questions that had no relevance to the in person “interview” experience I had. The next day was an “in person interview” at the office which consisted of a written exam right when I walked in. I was completely caught off guard, I laughed to myself and answered 8/35 questions. I ended up walking out after the woman at the front desk asked me if I even “wanted to go on with the interview...”
A written exam is a great way to weed out applicants but what you are missing is the amount of experience and knowledge an individual has acquired along with their lifelong education.
Once I read the reviews on Glassdoor and saw the depressing office atmosphere, I was extremely satisfied with my decision to walk out.
