After applying through SM Retail's email, I had an interview with the AVP of HR and another person from HR two days later, who mostly asked me questions about my knowledge of the company, my experience, behavioral questions, and the like. After having my profile endorsed to the hiring manager, I was able to get an interview scheduled (after much issues due to problems with the HR person handling my application). This interview was slightly more technical, and the manager wanted to know more about my hard skills related to the role. Received an offer 2 days after the final interview.
