Small office nothing fancy. I got a call from a consultancy and then interview was scheduled. This was my worst ever interview experience. There were a total of 6 round , 1 telephonic, 1 technical, 1 managerial, 1 directorial, 2 HR round . After all this circus I was told that I am selected and only client round is pending which will be done later. The next day they asked my salary slip and existing offer. This was the end there was no further communication from their end. They told me that client is busy and client round will be done after 20 days which was a complete joke. Please don't call candidate two days and their time. If you don't have budget to fulfill the expected ctc then please don't interview such candidates.
