I applied on Glassdoor, heard back from the office with an email a few days later, then had a phone interview set up with the owner within 4-5 days of applying. After that, I drove up to the office 5 days later for my in-person interview with the owner and a senior designer. The in-person interview had great vibes and being in their workspace made it comfortable and familiar. We shared many work styles so I felt confident with what I had gained at my previous job and how I could bring my knowledge/skills to SLC.
