The talent acquisition team called me a couple of days after submitting the profile. We had a good conversation about the profile and skills needed for the job. She told me Im a great fit for the role and she would send me a link for online coding test. I was excited and waited for the online test link to take except I didnt receive any even after a week. Eventually I received a generic email saying "not moving forward...". I called the recruiter later and she has no idea why it was rejected.
