Written test followed by technical round and HR discussion , Logical reasoning questions , Soft skills evaluation and presentation skills. Generally 3 rounds before reaching to final stage. There can be 2 technical round as well

Usually have 4 rounds, where Hiring manager holds lot of cards. Get good negotiation on package since there is rarely any hike once you join the organisation. First round is technical, second is managerial, third is hiring manager round and last is HR round.
