Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en SLB (Midland, TX)
Entrevista
I applied through my university website. Later I was selected for an interview at the school. This 1 on 1 interview very easy, just normal stuff cakewalk.
Than invited for a 2nd round interview in Midland, TX. Two day later another email, I was assigned 4 other persons from different universities for a presentation. They give you a topic on a segment of the oil drilling process.
For the interview, they flew me on a Sunday morning and get back on Tuesday afternoon; when you get to the hotel on Sunday around 2pm, start with informative session and dinner then presentation. I heard people say be friendly, ask a lot question It’s all B.S; just be yourself you don’t have to “KSS NBDY ASS”; for what they will ask you to do, they should “KSS Y ASS”

1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
