Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en SLB (Singapur) en mar 2019
Entrevista
Round 1 : HR interview at campus (Rather straightforward, no technical qns)
Round 2: Assessment Center (Part 1: Plant Tour + Group Activity) (Part 2: Panel Interview)
Part 1 was about building an oil rig using recycled materials (i.e. straws, paper, tape etc)
Part 2 was a 25mins session panel interview
(some tips:
1. DO know clearly what role you want
2. Based on your luck, you may be interviewed by an "older" panel, these interviewers are relatively more inflexible, and harder to deal with
The process begins with an online application, typically through the company's website or a job portal. Candidates are required to submit their resume, cover letter, and sometimes answer pre-screening questions
