Interview followed in this manner: 1. Twice Telephonic interviews 2. Technical question session at the SLB facility. A written test that would actually check your skillset and knowledge. 3. HR session. This round could be a tough one. HR would explain about the company and they might ask you some sort of quick questions like 'why do you want to join SLB?'. Then your turn to negotiate salary. 4.If you are selected, you would be given an offer letter right away.
