Attended 3 interviews (final stage included - in person) and have been completely ghosted, They’ve been reposting the position for 2+ months, which makes me think they weren’t even prepared on what they are hiring for so are wasting peoples time. I even sent a follow up email a few weeks after. It’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional from any company, it would take 2 minutes so send an email. Definitely warning others I know in the Industry of interviewing here
