Three interviews. This position has been posted for several months now. The hiring manager is looking for the person that left the position. Now other candidate can meet his requirements. After going through the process and not hearing back from them and seen the position posted again, plus the experience, it makes me feel this is an opportunity that probably will be a waste of time
