There is a written test having two sections: one is technical and the other is aptitude. After qualifying written test, there is a group discussion on the basis of which, candidates are shortlisted for the interview process. The first interview is with the manager level persons belonging to various departments and if shortlisted in that, the final interview is with senior management.
