Don't ask for more money, they will rescind their offer. I got an offer for $48k a year, on paper by HR. After asking for an increase, they took their offer back and gave a bs reason stating I didn't qualify for the job. Pay is not discussed at the interview, and you must wait until you get an official offer from Belong HR.
