I searched jobs online, seen the company and loved what they were saying, I sent my resume to them and then decided to call in myself to show how eager I was to be apart of the company. They set up and interview. I had a 3 step interview process. Loved what the company stood for and really wanted to be a part of it.I was offered the position, I had a 2 weeks notice and then I started on the Monday with SJ.
