A few first interviews with the HR advising me to apply for other positions I never had that before quite helpful. Then a F2F fist manager interview which went well but they last minute decide not to proceed me for that. Then started for another position where I had first F2F then a second interview with more senior manager. Afterwards references were taken from ex boss
