      Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en SIX (Olten) en oct 2021

      Entrevista

      They showed to have no respect for candidates' time, while also being unprofessional. I had been invited for a video interview, the recruiter did not show up, and when he was 7 min after the planned meeting started I only received an e-mail notification that he could not join, hence postponing a meeting. So I did wait a few days and at the time of the new interview exactly the same situation occurred, the recruiter did not join again! Afterward, I received an e-mail suggesting the lack of German language skills (which were not required for that role as per the job advert). Based on much other positive feedback that I could see here most probably this was due to my ethnicity as I was applying from a Central Europe country for a swiss based position. I have never been treated in such a bad way in any recruitment process ever! Totally disrespectful! I`ve wasted four days preparing well for that interview. Warm advice: get down from the pedestal you put yourself on and treat better and more professionally who chooses to get to know you.
