Short 15 minutes interview to understand the purpose of the job and for me to highlight my value (broadly) 2. 30 minutes interview to highlight my work and talk about myself 3. Test assignment to prove my capabilities 4. Discussion with other senior executives 5. Discussion with HR Manager

It was a 3-stage process. Stage 1 was a short call with the founder. Quick demonstration of portfolio and resume discussion. A test was given to be completed in 48hours. Stage 2 was a longer call to discuss the test done and to explain the process. Stage 3 was a final call with the founders to discuss the terms and conditions of work
