There was a first interview by phone with a single employee, which was followed by an in person interview with a number of different people. The interview was all technical questions, from coding syntax to binary math to networking. This was followed by a talk about benefits with the recruiter, and meeting some of the people I was supposed to be working with. By the time I was finished with everything, I barely got to my flight because they scheduled it far too soon after the completion of the interview, and I had actually requested they push the flight back because it didn't seem like enough time. They also had me pay for my hotel room, which I was supposed to be reimbursed for - that should have been a red flag. I sent the usual thank yous, and did everything I was supposed to. The recruiter said I'd hear back within a week. After two weeks had passed, I tried to follow up with the recruiter who never returned my call. I never heard from these people again. They were also supposed to compensate me for interview expenses, including the hotel they had me put on my own credit card. After two months had passed, I contacted the woman who set up the interview with, and inquired why I hadn't been provided compensation. She said she'd look in to it, but I never heard from her. I didn't end up getting compensation from these jokers for my expenses until I filed an ethics complaint with their parent company. I also never heard another word from the recruiter. This is the least professional company I've ever had to deal with during my job search, and I'd advise anyone looking for a job to steer clear of these clowns.
