I left the premise without giving interview. I was called for the interview at 10 am. No one shown up till 11 am. At 11 security/office boy handed over a piece of paper and asked me write a program. I finished writing program around 11:30 and response was positive. I was ask to wait for an technical round. The interviewer came in the office around 12:30. He had his tea break till 1:00 and then went for lunch at 1:00. I waited till 1:40 for him but he did not come. I went down, then I saw him taking after meal walk with his buddies. I walked straight to him and told him that I need to return to my office as I had taken half day leave and asked him to reschedule the interview or we can have it over phone. Truly pathetic experience. No respect towards candidates coming for interview and their time.

One day Technical round which was tough based on UI, Spring, Java,& J2ee. It took 1 hour. Interviewer explained everything nicely, about the profile. Next week was final round with CEO , who did not asked much question, final round was not technical, It was rather a managerial round & salary negotiation round,
