The interview process was fairly easy and friendly. I had a good conversation with the HR representative. She was kind and gave me a clear idea of the decision timeline after the interview. I really thought I had a good chance at getting the offer. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the screening. It seems that someone else, possibly the team manager, reviewed my resume afterward and made the final decision, though I’m not entirely sure. I’d still love to reapply in the future and hope for another opportunity.
