It was a very quick process that started out with your typical phone interview. Basic questions to see what you knew about SHI and why you want the role. I was asked to come in for an in-person the very next week and met with 2 people who were very friendly. Nothing too wild, basically had a discussion about what the job entailed and how my past experiences fit in with the role. The final step was an assessment on a computer with a few open-ended situational questions. My advice is to really get to know the company and it would really help if you can relate your past experiences with this role.

Started with a call with HR for basic details, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, an offer was given within 2 weeks. Process was quick and smooth.
