A entrevista é toda em inglês, mas foi bem amistosa e tranquila, mas o processo de contratação é demorado e confuso, na verdade demora muito. Aqui as gestões são brasileiras e chinesa então o inglês é imprescindível

Friendly and reasonably easy process. Some cv review and then an online interview with the team leader for some common questions related to customer service behaviour and customer service strengths.
