First round was based on SQL knowledge (3 questions on the spot) + product intuition question + product case question.

Format: Phone or video interview, approximately 30 minutes long.
Content:
Self-introduction and career planning.
Understanding of SHEIN brand, business model and the position.
Detailed inquiries about past work experiences (such as project outcomes, teamwork, problem-solving ability).
Basic questions about salary expectations, preferred working location, etc.
Evaluation points: Communication skills, cultural fit, career stability.
