Very disappointing experience overall and a significant waste of time. The process started off on a slightly off note, as the recruiter came across as somewhat cold during our initial conversation. The process was very disorganized—one interviewer didn’t show up at all, and the recruiter wasn’t even aware. Later rounds felt rushed and unstructured, with little effort on their part. Interviewers also seemed unfamiliar with the responsibilities of an Account Executive and incorrectly questioned my experience, despite it being clearly reflected in my background. I had to repeatedly clarify basic aspects of my own role. After multiple rounds, including an onsite, I was rejected for “lack of e-commerce experience”—something that was evident from the beginning and should have been addressed much earlier. Additionally, there appeared to be very little diversity in the office. Overall, poor communication, lack of organization, and not respectful of candidates’ time.
