Easy and interviewers are kind. They are asking too much regarding the specifics of previous jobs. They will offer you lower role if you did not meet their expectation. They will probably give you the lowest rank in the position if you will not negotiate properly
The interview started with HR via phone call. If you pass the interview they will immediately schedule you to a Partner interview which will be conducted via MS Teams. The interview went around 30-45 mins for the partner/final interview.
