After I applied next day I got s call for Telephonic interview then HR asked me to come for personal 1:1 interview following day. Interview was conducted by bench of people consisting of H R manager, microbiology lab manager and team lead. Interview lasted for 5-10 minuets. Later reference was required and I finally in 3-4 days I got offer letter.
